public areas due to the risk of them interfering with sensitive
equipment.

Visiting hours
We request that the following hours be observed: 9.00am to
9.00pm. Rest is an important part of recovery from illness or an
operation and whilst it is nice for patients to see their visitors
please do not feel that you have to visit your loved one for hours
at a time, as this can mean that they are prevented from sleeping
which is good for their recovery.
We do ask that you be considerate to others in the hospital.
Lots of noise and many people can be very distressing to some
patients. Please respect their need for rest and privacy. Children
are very welcome but they must be supervised by an adult at all
times and should not be allowed to shout and run around as this
disturbs other patients and risks injury to them and any recovering
patients that they may collide with.
