Your step-by-step guide
1. Speak to your GP
Increasingly patients can now self-refer for certain services or in specific circumstances, such as self-funding patients, however, it's always worth speaking to your GP, optician or other healthcare professional first as they can advise which type of hospital specialist is most appropriate for your particular symptoms. Also a GP referral letter is always very helpful as it will provide your consultant with useful information on your medical history.
2. Call us on 01245 200307
Our friendly Appointment Finder team are on hand to help find the most appropriate expert and soonest available appointment for you. Call us for prices and/or to book an initial consultation. Alternatively, use our online enquiry form we will contact you.
3. Your appointment
We can arrange an appointment within 72 hours or at a time to suit you with the consultant of your choice to discuss your symptoms, diagnosis and treatment options. If diagnostic investigations are required, such as an x-ray or blood test, we can usually organise for these to take place on the same day.
4. Your treatment
If further treatment is recommended, a date for your operation can be booked within two weeks or at a time convenient to you.
5. Your aftercare
We’ll be there for your aftercare as long as you need us.
